Touch-Ups

The healing process varies for each individual, and a touch-up session may be required to achieve the best results. For some clients, a perfecting session is scheduled 4–6 weeks after the initial procedure, while others may not require additional adjustments.

To maintain the appearance of your PMU, touch-ups are typically recommended every 1–2 years as pigment naturally fades over time. Additional touch-up sessions may be necessary based on skin type, lifestyle, and pigment retention. All touch-ups may involve additional costs, which will be discussed with you prior to scheduling.

Health and Eligibility

All clients must disclose medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to booking. Certain conditions, such as pregnancy, nursing, or recent chemical peels, may require postponing your appointment for safety reasons.

Refunds

Due to the nature of permanent makeup, no refunds will be issued for any completed services. Adjustments can be made during the perfecting session to ensure satisfaction.

Photography/Media Release

Before-and-after photos may be taken during your appointment for documentation and marketing purposes. Your identity will remain confidential unless you provide written permission to share identifiable images.

Late Arrival

If you arrive more than 10-15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited. If we can accommodate your late arrival, the service may need to be shortened without a discount.

Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment: Your $50 deposit will be transferred to your new booking.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment: The deposit is non-refundable, and a new $50 deposit will be required to book another appointment.

Rescheduling Limit

Clients are allowed one reschedule per deposit. Additional reschedules will require a new deposit.
